Gallatin Canyon Campgrounds is a concessionaire running campgrounds for the Forest Service in the Beartooth Mountains near Red Lodge, Montana and the Big Horn Mountains of Wyoming. It is our pleasure to provide you with the best camping experience we can manage in some of the most beautiful locations in Montana and Wyoming.
The Bighorn Mountains of Wyoming offer some of the best high-country recreation in the West. Hike or backpack among alpine meadows and granite peaks, fish clear mountain streams and high lakes for trout, or ride trails on horseback through pine forests and open ridges. In winter the range draws cross-country skiers and snowmobilers, while summer brings campers, hunters, and climbers to its rugged peaks and scenic byways. With fewer crowds than many Rocky Mountain destinations, the Bighorns still feel wild and open.
