North Tongue

Quiet and peaceful North Tongue Campground is nestled in a lodge pole pine forest and has two creeks running past all of its 12 campsites. A variety of trout provide for great fishing in the nearby North Tongue River, with deer, moose, and other wildlife and wildflowers abundant in this area. Scenic jeep, ATV and motorcycle routes take off from here and majestic Medicine Wheel Scenic Byway begins at nearby Hwy 14 Alternate. Bear Lodge and Elk Lodge provide dining choices within 5 miles of the campground.
