Forested Sibley Lake Campground is situated on the shores of its namesake lake which is open to non-motorized craft and has an accessible fishing dock and boat launch ramp. In addition to fishing for a variety of trout, nearby access to hiking and ATV trails, scenic jeep roads, and a historic flume provide for a variety of outdoor activities. It is the sole campground in the Bighorns with electric hookups. Medicine Wheel National Historic Landmark is within 30 miles, and nearby Arrowhead Lodge, Bear Lodge, and Elk View Inn provide off-road vehicle rentals, guided horseback riding, fishing adventures, dining, and showers.
Highway 14A, from Lovell, is extremely steep, a 10-percent grade and more, is winding, has several hairpin turns, and many blind corners. This is a challenging road during the summer season.
