Sitting Bull
Sitting Bull Campground is a well shaded campground situated near Meadowlark Lake, which offers wake-less boating, canoeing, and trout fishing. An off-road vehicle trail begins at the campground and scenic jeep roads leading to hiking and additional fishing streams are available in the surrounding area. Deer, moose and elk frequent the area and herders with their dogs provide a glimpse into the diminishing art of sheep herding in the adjacent meadow.
